Pierre Blanchet is a guest character in Glee: The New Generation. He is a sophomore at William McKinley High School and Dmitri Blanchet's fraternal twin brother.
Prior to A New DirectionEdit
Pierre was born in Paris to British father Rory Donaldson and French mother Audrey Blanchet, he and his family lived there until he was two, his family then moved to London, his father was a wealthy member of parliament but he had a dark side. He would go out to functions, and whether they went well or not Pierre and his brothers were told to hide when their father got home. One night his twin Dmitri didn't hide and he watched as his father, drunk as anything beat the 8 year old until their mother came out screaming and took the beating for him. After his father tried to beat the "gay and girliness" out of Dmitri their mother filed for divorce and she and the boys moved back to Paris. When his older brother, Sven turned 21 he left for America his mother told him to take Pierre and his twin Dmitri with him.
Pierre is snide and sarcastic, he is much more popular and confident than Dmitri. Pierre enjoys tearing people down because secretly he hates that he can't be as true to himself as Dmitri.
- Originally David Henrie was cast as Pierre, but he then was offered the part of Lucas Jeffries. The part was recast and John DeLuca was cast as the new Pierre after orginally leaving the show.
